I went to a job today to look at a shower install for work. The problem is theydont want carpets lifted and floor boards removed. All carpets are brand new just laid, all walls have been plastered and painted if not wall papered. The bathroom floor has been tiled.
Ok
So looking at the job now would it be acceptable under the regs to run the shower supply from its own d/b (main d/b is housed in the garage). Along the top of the wall in trunking through to the outside, then up the outside wall through the sofett in the loft.
Then to the switch and then back to the shower.
the outside wall is brick faced and the soffet is plastic.
The only trunking on display would be about 400mm down the bathroom wall to the shower itself.
Some sound advice would be great guys.
I do have pictures of the install route if required.
