Had quite a few people suggest this.
Big problem I forsee is this.
I install inverter and meter or just use the serial nos and go back at a later date to install, maybe because i have not the panels or no time.
Everything is ok until mcs inspection time.
Date of invoices, delivery dates scaffold invoice dates etc etc etc all after 12th December. We leave the biggest paper trail running things to MCS standards.
MCS inform DNO?
Customer FIT droped to new ? tarriff.
Customer wants refund.
Get done by trading standards loose everything.

Am I being the grinch?

Gutted as I am now turning down installs everyday.

Luckilly most of my installs are 4kW with sunnyboy 4000TL's. I have several customers lined up who are friends, and the thing Ill be potentially stuck for is panels. If things get tight, I might be fitting 2Kw to get teh system fired up and finish off the other 8 panels as stock is available.

The way I see it is the Government have screwed us over and left OUR customers dangling. Im pulling out all of the stops to ensure they get what is paid and contracted for.

I agree with the rate cut, but do do it in the manner it has been done sucks. I would imagine there will be more installs done this month than there would have been between now and if the April deadline had been left!

MCS can swingas Ive been taking 80% deposits, no cooling off, and retrospective contracts. Everyting will be registered, but timelines may be scewed......:stuart:

best laid plans! im having so much hassle completing my last few jobs i just want to get them done and get out now!im only doing these cause i promised if ive got kits i would do it(no big profit) infact due to lack of gear its costing me 2 days (on average) on each job (times of plenty they AINT)
