Signing off work. Help please.

Iam with ELECSA and very happy, not had any issues about not niceic just want to know if I can sign it off.
They charge me £425 pa inc vat and £1-50p + vat to notify. The assessment with them went really well very relaxed and friendly, didn't try to trip me up but I would brush up on your knowledge they like to ask questions about testing and regs etc. Theres nothing stopping you doing the work you just need to notify council they may ask for copies of certs etc you give them about £60 for the pleasure hope this helps
