Hi Guys, new to forum, so may already have been talked about before, have ajob to quote for 2 bed bungalow, old wire fuses, 4 in total, 1 cooker, 1 ring main, 1 lights and 1 immersion heater, how do I fit rcd sytem to such a small system without going overboard for the customer. before hand a rcd main stitch would probably been ok but with current regs would not allow power to remain if one item tripped out the lot, have thought about rcbos but adds alot to the price, would like some suggestions

I try to push for dual rcd boards with en 60898 devices, If the system is old with 1mm cpc in ring and 3036 fuses may not meet disconnections times also check carefully that the lighting cct has a cpc in all parts.

Best to PIR the existing instllation also
