Slow ABB warranty claim

I think ABB are going to be causing themselves huge reputational damage with this policy. To the point where if this continues to be the situation I doubt they'll have much of a market left in a years time.

reading this has made me a lot more nervous about using their kit as much as we do, though oddly we've not really had much of an issue with it to date.

I stopped using ABB 18 months a go after having six swap outs on one job. All the trios failed. I only use SMA on commercial installations.
Try swapping a Fronius CL48 under warranty. Fronius have no site service engineers. Either repair them yourself or call a approved Fronius service partner which costs money.

I'm also struggling with a Zeversolar warranty at the moment. No response to emails. Their hotline is based in Germany and seems to be very busy.

Yes. But, they operate as a completely separate entity. Their warranty processes seem poor. Buying an extended warranty was torture. Claiming for a failed inverter is proving to be even more problematic.
