smallest plug top fuse...?

Got to connect up electronic bath filler control unit..... which is only rated @ 20w, so very few amps - 0.08A

Just wondering what the smallest plug top fuse you can get it is ?

I agree with you entirely that having to fuse fans to 3A is a complete and utter nonsense, but unfortunately with most manufacturers it is a requirement.

1mm cable will take 16A , a 13A fuse is below the rating of 1mm,

Agreed,
but wouldn't down rating the fuse protect from a DIY fool overloading the cable to some extent if the fuse size was noted.

This is why I mentioned on another thread about MCB FCU's to stop DIY alterations simply uprating fuses.

If DIY fools try and supply showers from light circuits.....
