Socket & See meters...are they any good

Hi there.

Just looking at getting the meters I now need for inspection and testing. Have been looking at the kewtech ones.

Have seen the Socket & See ones. Price is OK but a bit concerned that for the insulation resistance they only display pass or fail which is set to 2M ohms.

I know that this is the regs, but it doesn't give you any idea of how close to 2M the circuits are.

In practice is this going to be an issue?

Any advice/comments please.
