I'll bet it comes pre made! Very nice and made in a long length - someone's got stones OR lots of offcuts!

Personally I wouldn't rate it as it breaks all the rules for number of bends without a drawing-in box etc. A conduit system must be rewireable and it is a breach of BS7671 to draw in cables until the conduit system has been completely erected.
 
OK Have just noticed a couple of BESA boxes now that the pictures have been tidied up but most of what I said still stands. Four ninety degree bends between boxes?!?!?!
 
I think an exception has to be made here, a pull box would have been better at both sides instead of just one, however if there are not a lot of cables in it they would have been easily pulled in. You cannot deny that it hasn't been well executed.
 
A box mid-way on the front of the pier,would have allowed ease of pulling,and additional support...but we're getting a bit picky...
