Alright chaps,:D

Can anyone recommend a CU with plenty of room behind the breakers?

I'm changing my own jobbie soon for competent person scheme assessment purposes  and the current setup has cable entering from both the top and the bottom, with some rings and 2x10mm radials making the bottom section bulky to feed up and over the back of the MCBs. A situation which has been compounded by the way the previous installer hasn't really left enough cable to play with.

Any faves with a bit of room behind?

room for the tails either behind or to the side of the isolator would be good too.

Found one!

unless your heavy handed and suit the job as a spanner monkey than an electrician and snap the plastic din rail......... lol :D:D:D:D:D

cheers fellas,

I think I'm going to have a punt with a Hager board.

They seem to have "best in class" wiring space apparently.

I'll post back to let anyone who's remotely interested:rolleyes: know if there was enough room!

Just as a reference if the thread gets looked up, one Hager board.

Popped a Hager in and very nice it is too. Thankfully, plenty of room for the tails to the right of the isolator.

Many thanks to all those who offered suggestions.:D

cheers
Ben
