Hi guys, I used to fil all my certs out on pads on the job and hand to customer, that was back when i was doing mostly domestic work. I now find myself doing a lot of commercial testing mainly for the same client. I have started useing the NICEIC online certification......so record results rough on site then go online later and fill in the (mainly EICR). this has become very time consuming, alot of the info is repeated on every c ert i fill out. Have any of you got any suggestions on how I can utilise my time more effectivly? thanks

Basically everything, apart from circuit details/results. All are portacabins and are tested with a portable generator as the destination is unknown

Does the NICEIC software not allow you to copy a previous cert? I would be amazed if it can't

Hi Software we use you can copy certificate, create a new circuit from previous circuit all blanks filled N/A if required can set up a template if required, sure the NIC must be similar

I use an app on my iPhone or iPad called iCertifi. It is subscription based.

I can fill out all results on site, use previous certificates as templates, and then email straight to the customer. Has loads of options for customising the appearance etc.

I use Elecsa on-line certification, which, I believe, is the same as Niceic. You can make an exact copy of any certificate, or just field data, or field data & circuit boards/circuits and or certificate & field notes. Is that's what your after?
