A little hint for the Trainees, look at the fused spur, the T&E and the SWA in the top right. How are they all protected/fused? Also follow where each wire is going to from. This is really bad!
 
Don’t suppose anyone’s noticed the cover missing for the RCD? Other than that it looks like one of my domestic installs, except for the harmonised colours, they weren’t around.

The t+e and swa are being protected by the main fuse, i'd guess they are 6mm2 which looks wrong straight away but then I've just looked up the ccc of 6mm2 clipped direct and its 47 amps so would this be ok if the main fuse was only 40a?

Looks like 2.5mm2 supplying the fused spur so thats almost certainly undersized
