As far a stand alone RCD goes, if you cannot find an affordable RCBO that fits in current board, then an RCD FCU is always an option for a lighting circuit, and they cost about ÂŁ12.
I have done this before and labelled it with a marker, obviously not a perfect job but for ÂŁ12, if it makes the job comply and you feel better than it's well worth it.
