Started NVQ portfolio

Hi everyone,
Signed up for my nvq portfolio today and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to effectively get this done.

I would imagine it's simply a case of keeping records of work you've done and having supporting evidence for it, such as;

Copies of RAMS and electrical test reports
Witness statements
Photographs / Recordings of you doing the work

Yeah mate, all of that and some.
Gonna try and get my hands on some sort of template.
Give me some idea of setting it out .

When you find one, send it this way ^_^ I think its the sort of thing that there isnt a standard format for, I mean i've checked the C&G 5357 in case it's down as a course document but no dice

If I get any joy I will let you know, my accessor sent me something today I will check it out.
