No armoured etc .Just a basic 1-6mm . I am getting sick of carrying large bags around and want to form a new tote setup

I use the CK's and love them. But I hear amazing reports about the "quickwire" strippers from people who use them rather than Youtube "Give me free gear " queens

Probably are, but Luke may have been referring to the CK1261 which are mainly designed to strip round cable, not T&E which the 1260 make an easy job of, does not matter in reality they do the job they are designed for and cost about the same.

495001 are a fraction of the price of T1260/quickwire and more robustly built. Thery are more versatile in the terms of cable that can be stripped, but their design means they are less suitable for stripping in confined spaces.

First world problems.

I use these for general use. if stripping in a back box, then followup with the quickwire ones to get closer to the entrypoint.

Yes those are only good for stripping outside a back box, the Quickwire will strip right inside to the back of the box brilliant for taking off the sheath, and then strip both L&N at once with the same tool.
