had good service on the couple we've had that did go faulty, once we were able to track down the contact details for CTDI. We must be up to a hundred or so of the inverters installed since the new high efficiency single string models came out, and the performance claims seem to stack up, with good reliability other than the couple of faults, which would put them at around 2% failure rate, which is about average.

Bit of an issue with the tightness of the 253V 10 minute average protection setting, and would prefer to have the ability to adjust that upwards to cut out if the voltage actually exceeded the allowance rather than if it was on the 253V allowance - ie to set it to 254V.
