highspark

Can you get any steel trunking with 20mm knockouts for Conduit drops? If not what's the best way to make the holes just a standard 20mm drill bit?

No offense meant to the OP but are you seriously telling me that you can leave college and work out in the real world without knowing basic 1st year stuff like how to fabricate trunking and join it to conduits or anything else that requires <12mm hole, i say no offense because if he hasn't be taught it then he wont know but im totally gobsmacked at the dumbing down of the education system if this be the case , seriously highspark i understand we all learn somewhere and not slating you for that but id have thought the first port of call would be to ask a workmate or boss this kind of question, it would save you attracting negative responses.

thats was my thought too darkwood but i was just being nice and kind
it does amaze me at the lack of knowlege some of the young lads show, but its not their fault its the cr-ppy system that purports to teach them the trade
in the first year of my apprentiship(megitt marsh) i must have installed about a mile of conduit
lots of micc too
if you messed up ,it was a slap around the back of the ear

god how i hated that meggitt marsh forman, as luck would he had a heart attack and pegged out
o,h how i rejoyced

eeee,h back in my day--http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xe1a1wHxTyo
