Hi, I am registered with the nic but does anyone know that if I use subbies whether they need to be or just have relevant C&G. Thanks
 
Look at the inland revenue web site under UTR and employers, its boring but worth while.

As for quals that's down to you, your insurance and what the job you need them to do.
