Suitable replacement Thermostat?

Hi guys,


I have a thermostat that is malfunctioning.& want to replace with a simple dialled thermostat.
For some reason I have not changed many thermostats unless its a like for like modern replacement!
If the photographic information is sufficient, would anyone be able to advise on a modern replacement that would be suitable.
The terminals currently connected are Red = 1 Yellow = 2. which I believe are live and switched live connections

Ive had a look at the one below but unsure it would be suitable.

Yes it will work
Live to L
Switched Live to 3
(will still work if they are reversed)
Earth not required but there is somewhere to park it in the new stat.
