Sundog Redundancies

Heard on the grapevine that Sundog are making 7 people redundant - including one of their main guys. Seems a shame when they have been in the business for years, I guess we're not the only ones streamlining - although I'm not sure how much further we can streamline

Sorry to hear it, Martin is one of the honest stalwarts of the business, though I guess they expanded with the opportunity and now have to contract..

Still seems bizarre to me that the PV market is shrinking when it should be booming.

1,500 installs per week shared amongst 3,500 MCS installers.

If anyone is doing more than 2 a month then someone else is doing less than that.

It will level out over time...I hope ! Yeah it should be booming but its the sign of the wider economy. Solar is a luxury !
