Supply Characteristics - 3 phase or Single Phase?

Hello,

On with a job at a farmhouse, (no longer a working farm).
The farmhouse itself has been rewired in the last 10 years and the installation is in good condition.
The supply and cutout into the property is three phase TN-S, I am told that one of the phases used to supply heaters etc in the outbuildings, however as it was no longer a working farm when the house was rewired, this phase was entirely disconnected from the supply - so there is just now a single phase running from the cutout to supply the farmhouse.

Just wanted to check how this setup would be best represented on an electrical installation certificate? I was planning on ticking "3-phase, 4-wire" on the "supply characteristics and earthing arrangements" section and then putting in the "comments on existing installation" a few details that the installation was formerly more than one phase but is now single phase, but had a niggling doubt if this is or isnt the correct way to fill it in.
Would any members of this forum be able to advise please?

To be honest all you need to do IMO is put down exactly what you see.

ie 3 phase 4 wire, TNS earthing 100A bs 1361 IIb etc.

By all means make a note on the cert of its original status.

If a single phase is only now being used, you may wish to inform your client that they are probably paying for a 3ph supply when they only need pay for single.

Their energy supplier can alter their account.
