Discuss swa 2 circuits in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

The thread appears to be changing from one of blind condemnation to consideration of design possibilities.

So I wouldn't rip it out, just yet

Loading for the heaters is 20A
6A max for the lights
Cable 46A

Find the load end and spike the armour,or use the armour as the cpc 543.1.3, install RCBOs at the origin.

Increase the flex csa to 2.5mm2 for the heaters, 1.0mm2 for the lights

Heater circuit = Black Phase, Blue = Neutral
Lighting circuit = Red phase, Yellow = Neutral

its been passed higher up the tree than me
Consulted client and advised disconnection in the mean time to prevent anything Manager said do what you have to so they have been disconnected anyways
Found out that the entire patio they are on may be getting ripped up as part of a flood prevention scheme as the place is next to a river hence the nice patio so might get different answer from client
personaly I recon it will never be taken forward and just left disconnected with plug in heaters and wall lighting or wall mounted heating
Thanks to all for your assistance BTW
