Hi All,

Looking some advice. Had someone install a SWA cable to exterior outhouse. In the outhouse everything.looks.great, new consumer board and three double sockets all installed and looking good. My.concern is with how the SWA cable has been terminated at the main board in the house. Surely the SWA should have been terminated into a junction box or something similar, then a feed to the new RCBO's? Should I be concerned or leave as is?

Also its a CPN Cudic board with Eaton RCBO's which is ---- poor for a new install.

Looks like a "what i had in the van" install, hence no main switch!
I was actually in this man's local CEF in newry and they kept trying to push cudis boards. Quality felt crap just more cheap rubbish

To be fair of the budget stuff CPN is not bad, there is far worse out there! Plus the battery light built in is quite useful.

However to take a cheap board and shove in decent EATON breakers is nothing other than "scrapheap challenge"

You would treat it as a TT installation.
