I can’t get my head around this fascination of terminating the cores in the box. Why introduce problems just feed the un stripped inner serving through the wall.
And please don’t tell me T+E is better protected!
Thanks pushrod, one other query, I plan to come through the wall with 2.5 TE then up to the wiska JB using a gland this will mean about 50mm of exposed 2.5 TE on the outside of the wall before it passes through the hole in the brickwork - OK or not?
Bonding the steel sheath of SWA in a Wiska junction box to the earth circuit terminal - can 2.5mm be used instead of 4mm.
Why would you not put the wiska box over your hole in the wall and come in through the back of the box?? I don't understand this at all!!
