Hello All

Got myself one of those Armoured strippers looks abit like a pipe cutter takes the armour of up ta 10mm 16mm needs abit of help from the trusty hacksaw but does save alot of time. Just wanted to know if there was one that can be used for bigger cables as it does speed things up abit when terminating swa etc

Thanks

JS

About a year ago they were asking for ÂŁ100 for the SACS, so it has come down. Personally I'd have one at ÂŁ50, but i am considering it now at ÂŁ70 because I've had 3 of those cheap Kewtech jobbies and all have broken after relatively little use. The SACS looks like it will last a lifetime.

Hi James
How big a cable do you want the tool to operate on??

How much was that there armour saw then???

Errrmm ÂŁ60, overpriced but it works great. The only reason I can see as to why they are so expensive is that ITL supply tools to local DNO who probably don't care how much they pay as long as it comes with a kite mark or BS number.

Do you know what, I'm getting the biggest feeling of deja vu here....I'm sure we've had this conversation before.......
