We've got a shot blasting booth with a steel working platform inside, bolted to this platform are 4 x LED floodlights (mounted inside a steel enclosure with tempered glass door).
They are wired up with SWA cable which is clipped to the underside of the platform.
Is there any regulations regarding installing power cable to shot blasting booths?

Outside of direct line of fire, I'll see if I can take some photos.
New installation, blast booth has only worked for a few hours since cable was installed and doesn't look like any damage

There are probably lots of Regulations that are applicable, but I am not aware of any that are specifically for shot blasting booths.
I would not be too worried about the cable, in my experience, plastic, rubber and other material such as fibre washers are not damaged by the shot.

Would this warrant a full installation certificate (addition to existing installation)?

The issue I would have with this install is heat, those enclosures will not allow the led floodlights to cool via natural convection, I would say there life expectancy will be severely shortened?

Bit of a rough install. Not keen on the adaptable box abouve the switch.

It would warrant an installation certificate if it is a new circuit.
It would warrant a minor work's installation certificate I f it is an addition or alteration to an existing circuit.

Agree with the heat but couldn't really see any other way of protecting floodlights in the harsh environment.
It'll be an installation certificate then, installed 1A MCB inside blastbooth control panel feeding the new lighting circuit.
