As title says .. Ive heard earthing nuts but do you not normaly just gland to plastic and attach fly lead as normal
 
If you have a 20mm or 25mm gland you could use a metal "straight thru" conduit box, bush one side to the plastic box, the other will take the gland,
then connect an earth fly lead to the conduit box, there is a 4mm tapped thread in the box for this. Hope this helps.
