Here it is from the manual:
"Export Threshold
The relay will activate when a set export power Threshold is reached. The relay will remain activated a set minimum ON Period. After this period the relay will deactivate, unless the export threshold still exceeds the set level. If the export has fallen below the threshold after the ON Period, the relay will immediately deactivate and will remain so for the set OFF Period. This function operates independent to the heater outputs. The heater outputs will take priority, therefore the available export power will be 'consumed' by the heaters first. "

So it looks as though they can do similar things :)

We're also just looking at the new Honewell evo link for the DHW (works with vented and unvented :) ) to see if we can program cylinder stat by time of day so that we can set back the call for heat to the DHW tank until after the immersun has had a chance to heat it up, yet at the same time ensure a minimum at the start of the day of say 35° which is Ok for a quick shower..
