I have got to install a switched fuse isolator with 25mm tails and a 3 core 25mm armoured. Any recommendations on an isolator? Always struggle with isolators twisting and generally just not enough room.

What Buzz posted - that is my go-to unit if glanding SWA to it. There's a bigger footprint Wylex unit that Screwfix sell too if you find there is loads of space.

If running tails in and out I find these excellent:

Yes it’s the size really always tight trying to bend the armoured insinde the unit

If money not such an object then also the likes of these:

But not very likely for domestic use!

That looks like it might be perfect. Looks like there will be plenty of room. Cost is not a problem for this job customer just wants it doing right

This is worth a look.
It's basically a 'tails' unit in a bigger surrounding box. Fair bit of room. The main issue is while L and N can be up to 35 sq mm, E is only 16, so you'd have to connect the Earth outside the central bit. 303mm high, 179mm wide.

I have used the wylex one listed above and it wasn't too bad but I only had a 16mm 3 core Swa, I ended up lugging and bolting the earth's as the terminal in them is poo! should be ok for a 25 with some neat bending.
I have been using a switchgear solutions one from Edmondson for the last few jobs, these were well built units with plenty of space (managed to terminate 35mm4core in the 3phase version) but can't seem to find them listed.

I like the bigger metal clad units if you have the room.
