armoured I'nto flat from intake cupboard separate earth run I'n to flat DB with two core 16mm armoured 10mm earth what system type would this be? T-ns?

tn-s into flat. but you need to check the main switch/meter room to check whats coming into the main building.

Hi

Not enough info. You need to look at the intake and see if the main earth is combined with the neutral (tncs) or connected to the incoming supply sheath (tns) or to an earth rod (tt).

Only asked as usually it's posted over incoming PMe which is tncs so I'll take off panel and look. And obv if it I's tncs then thats what the flats DB will be ?

Armoured 3 phase intake, 3 100mm earths came up with it separate and clamped to casing, not linked to neutral I'n anyway not even I'n board so tns !

Most DNO's will not give PME to flats, even if the main incomer to the building is.
You would have a PME incomer with 2-core armoured or split-con to each flat, If you have a RED cutout fuse at the flat it means it is a solid link, not a fuse, the fuses are downstairs in a ryfield unit.
