Looking for advice on how to split a T.V. coax, needs to be done outside so needs to be weather proof.

Hi Rich.

You will find loads of splitters on the market, diplexers etc but what is needed for a good outdoor connection is a "1402 splitter" it comes already attached in a white pvc box with sealed connections , then for added wheather protection I would advise you seal it with silicone.

Indeed that would suit you if you want to climb on to the roof which I assume is where the Aerial/mast is located. proberly most resistant to water ingress damage as you dont have to put fixing through the back
