Tax Refund

Hi all,

I am lucky enough to be due a tax rebate this year, and i was wondering if anyone knows how long it will be before i receive it?

I would phone my accountant but she is away at the moment.

inland revenue is pretty quick with this as long as they have the paper work. I thnk they have a defined time after which they have to pay you interest so they are quite good with paying.

Did you have to bring realism in to cloud the joy

My accountant gets my rebate and deducts his fee before trusting me with it

All my paperwork was submitted before christmas by my accountant so maybe ill them a call Monday.

Well, after a phone call to my accountant, she spoke to the tax office and apparently they had "forgotten" to process my claim.

How convenient of them.

So, if you are due one and havent received it yet, phone them and give them hell!!


They are quick to charge us when we dont pay them on time!
