I think it depends on who's running the company/cracking the whip.
As standard on sites it seems to be 15 minutes in the morning and half an hour for lunch, although nobody's expecting you to throw half a cup of coffee away because the clock has ticked over.
In factories it seems a bit stricter, and you could well have to clock in and out for breaks - 10 mins in the morning, 30 for lunch.

In my last job (maintenance) we were supposed to have 15 mins in the morning, 30 mins for lunch and 15 mins in the afternoon, but the boss clamped down on the occasional ad-hoc smoke breaks so we managed to push it to more like 30 mins in the morning, hour for lunch, 30 mins in the afternoon. Strangely nobody said a word about that.
