Hello all, im new to the electrical game but have recently passed my 2391 and im still a bit lost so forgive me for any odd questions.
As the title id like to produce some temporary boards to sell as a little side line but i see a few issues in my head and i wonder if anyone could point in the right direction, even if that leads to a "walk away" direction then fair enough.
ive made a board for myself includes a bulkhead light, garage unit with 63a 30ma rcd and 16a, 6a 60898s and two double sockets and test it using my incomer in a couple of hours. the issues i see coming are liability of the board, i can test it using my tails and earth ect but as soon as the board leaves my house the figures are irrelevant as it would be connected to someone elses tails and earth giving different pfc zs ect so if i did make it to sell and issued it a certificate the cert would only confirm ive bulit the board to the regs but then i have a set of open ended 6 mm tails to connect to the meter or fit to the existing installation breaker ect which for a spark is no issue at all but if a joe public bought it to use and gave himself a dose of current then id be the one in the firing line.
Point being could i build and sell a temp board with a cert and disclaimer or just walk away?
Thanks
Mark
Ps: i hope that made sense
