Hi good people can anyone tell me the best way to terminate a 16mm swa into a plastic fuseboard or is it best to fit a metal one your views please many thanks

Thanks for that you just made me look at the job in a diffrant way just hope i can get it to bend with a good radias the cable run is in a stud wall

I was only kidding of course... Never heard it called a frying pan before, but I think banjo is a pretty terrible thing to call them as well as they don't look like any banjo I've ever seen!

Hi AA410

You could use an earthing nut from SWA, this would allow you to go direct into the plastic and take a flying lead off the nut without the need for a frying pan.

25mm galve through box with an adaptor on and take it straight into the cdu having said that it depends on how many cores it has if its three phase then as malcom has said

How would you deal with 25mm SWA tho?
bigger box?

and malcolm beats me to it again. previous post mentioning earth nuts is the way i'd go. no need for banjo frying pan and much neater.

just flying to Paris, hear the restaurants have got fresh steaks. pre fried at newbury
