As he said its a PIR cer not an EIC as you did not wire the house. if you issue the EIC you will be signing that you did the work and will be liable if the instalation fails

Yeah only stated EIC as this is what the letting agents wants, havent heard of the mother in law for a couple of days so dont know whats happening with leyying agency to see what they actually what, cheers guys

Ah, so if mother in law is letting the house out, the agents wants the Electrical installation certificate. This will do if its recent. If one doesnt exist, then its PIR.
