Morning,

I did a 1st fix on a insurance job after flood damage.
Left new circuits marked up and isolated the old fuse board etc etc due to water damage and stated 2 week drying out needed.

The problem I now have is Im told by the builder the roof is still not fixed but the owner of the house needs the new boiler working (no supply CONNECTED up yet)

The owner of the house says its fixed but the builder says not.

I'm not sure on where I stand as to regards to putting a temp supply to this boiler as the house has still water damge.

He wants power but I wont install new board till water damage is fixed.

Can I put the boiler on a temp supply ?

Do I have to wait for the roof to be fixed before any works carried out (hence could still trip with water damage ) ?

I'd put a IP65 consumer unit in for temporary use and charge them for it, even do a proformer, if they want power that bad in a wet/damp area they will pay it.

And an MK masterseal socket for boiler!
