Would you not need a minor works cert? Changing every fitting in the house excluding lights and bathroom accessories. Thanks for reply.
Yes you should issue a MWC for replacement of any accessory. I will be honest and say I dont. I do carry out a Zs on every accessory that i replace, and record the result on the invoice, which i keep a copy of.
I agree with murdoch, where do you draw the line, i can't afford to take a secretary around with me all day.

I wonder what NICEIC, Napit, Elecsa would say - shame they don't offer their "corporate"lines on such subjects!
I also just do a Zs on the changed accessory to prove polarity and that the protective device is ok and write this on the invoice. I also make a note of the earthing and bonding if I can't immediately see it or it looks like it needs upgrading.
