Yes you put N/A for the R2 column if you’ve done R1+R2
If a test is not applicable or a inspection not applicable then N/A is used

Ah, I'm thinking of X on a schedule of inspections.
 
We were taught the belt and braces method.
Always do a Zs to verify your dead test plus Ze readings although this was before RCDs. I still often verify at least one circuit when testing at low current.
There's no harm in checking and comparing your results.
 
Unless it’s changed in the 18th?
Verification of Zs for OCPD operation, is required for circuits of locations containing baths or showers to allow supplementary bonding to be omitted.
