Hi All testing with the Fluke 1652B - the canary yellow one. Someone said that this meter can test pv because of the "B". Does anybody know if this is true. Whats its significance?:coolgleamA:

When you say test the PV what exactly do you mean?
The only thing you can test with this is doing the insulation test on the dc side - all the other tests can't be done on the Fluke.

It's the Fluke 1654B that can test the DC sensitive B type RCD's.
