Do you have to test every job you do?? Even if it a like for like change like socket or light??

Not really, although it would be good practice to make sure earthing is in place etc..

A minor works takes no time to complete, reflects better on you aswell IMO.

its important to test after you have done a socket to prove your Zs (earth) and your polarity and if you provide your customers with a certificate it makes you look very professional

And the more certs you get it may also look better when you have your assessment.
