Just a thought.. If an electrician can only sign off work that he has done him/her self, what is the position on a site wher man "a" has designed the system, man "b" installed the cables, man "c" has connected the accesories, and man "d" has carried out the tests???????????????

There is a multi signature Electrical installation Certificate to cover this. There is a box for each person to complete and sign. Off the top of my head the fields are, Design, Construction, Testing and one other that i cant remember, it might be Inspection. I do the lot so i use single signature forms.

A sheet the same or similar to this. say if you were part of a big company and there was a designer and an installer then a guy that goes around testing afterwards
