All I'm trying to do is to build a bridge in between the Trainees and the Regs, Exams and the real world. Most of us complain about the standard of our industry, why not teach the new comers our ways? Mentors it is up to you! Ok it takes a bit of effort but it is worth while in the end, trust me.
