UKsparks, congratulations to you both on your new arrival. I wish her all the best, both mother and daughter.

Just for fun and because it is appropriate, I have changed your avatar picture to something that is fitting for this occasion lol. (I've got your original picture on file and it can be changed back whenever you want mate, or you can do it?)

I think it looks great

Congrats and hope mum and baby are both well. The labour time sounds similar to our 2nd born, about three hours 5 or 6 pushes and whee out she popped, funnily enough our little cheeky lass has daisy as her middle name.:D

Congratulations and all the best.

From my experience now is the time to open a savings account for your precious bundle of joy :)

Keep paying into it while she becomes a slightly older bundle of joy and perfection.

Keep paying into it when she becomes a slightly less bundle of joy teenager.

Still keep paying into it when she becomes a complete PITA slightly older teenager.

When she settles down, leaves Uni, or gets married Daddy will have The most important thing in the world... A big fat cheque.

To be used for a deposit on a house , buying a car or startup money for a business.

Unless you have a son...

In which case you will be funding a series of bad car / motorbike purchases :)

Hi,

for or those who knew, our baby was born this morning at 5.25am, 7lb 6oz, called Daisy.

it all happened rather quick, got to the hospital at 3am and out it popped, im sure the mrs wouldn't say it was easy, but it seemed pretty quick!
Congrats mate. Enjoy :)
