OK, a little bit due to the sharp beds in them cpc's as they leave the outer sheath. will shove them in a bit when I'm fitting the 20A MCBs and the grommet strip.

Talking of Tea Breaks, (back on track after a brief diversion) how many of you, have had to work late, say till midnight, taken a break at about usual knocking off time, not with tea, but a beer, only 1 mind you but it turned into sod the work, lets have another beer the job can stand it. it'll keep til tomoz. Cuz we all know beer and lectrics don't go well together,m that was my excuse, as he who has to be obeyed, I was that Foreman.
I only mention it because we were in Islamabad, 7 of us and our Team Leader (TL) was a complete T---er and he had decided that he didn't want to work late as he had a prior engagement with a Female from the office (can't blame him I suppose) but he took the Transport Fox Trot Oscared, promising to be back to pick us up at about midnight, needless to say the git had other things on his mind, and we couldn't make our way back on foot because it was to dodgy, trying to make 48 cans of Bud light last betwee 7 of us was difficult to say the least, boy he got some grief when he did turn up, the Prot.

I've never understood the benefit of so many monitors on your PC? Sure having 2 makes sense sometimes or maybe 3 at a push, but 6 seems like overkill unless you're a CCTV operator or something.

3 PCs two monitors per PC one Reuters traders keyboard connected via a WEY TEC switch you can move the mouse and drag items to any PC using just the one mouse and KB. Setting up 9 you need a ladder.......

Its all data feeds coming in analytics, prices of commodities/stocks etc etc. A Reuters terminal will cost you about ÂŁ1500 pcm one floor where I was working at had 400 traders so thats ÂŁ600,000 pcm Bloomberg a bit more I believe.

I have worked in quiet a few of the top banks over the years even did a stint at the old stock exchange. Some funny stories to tell.
