This is sadly true, having had a posted link removed in the past (for which I had to agree with to be honest) only to see it allowed from another member, I know first hand! ---- happens!!!

I think the Scots should be spending some of the Barnett formula "gold", on upgrading the A9 so its a dual carriageway, to Inverness and beyond

That sounds a bit like our A1.

I call it a schizophrenic road cos it can't make its mind up what it wants to be - Motorway, Dual Carriageway A road, Cart Track B road - It's a bloody nightmare - and it has a high death toll.

People say the A19 is a dangerous road but at least you know what it's supposed to be which is a plain, simple A road without any pretensions to be anything other than that.
