Just thought I would let you guys know that the Team have kindly made me a Moderator on the forum, I am hoping I can be a Mod in here as this my favourite section.

Just to explain, GMES Mod sections have not yet been decided. THE TS WILL BE THE FIRST SECTION HE IS IN.

You have worked hard to get a Mods position and a lot of the hard work has been in here (and in the background that people do not see). Well done mate, it is very difficult picking a new staff room member, but with you it was easy and everyone voted for you. Now that is a level of respect.

Glenn would you like to be the full time Mod of the TS with me in the background? Or shall we do it hand in hand and build the TS up a bit more? I know your answer bud, lets see what happens from this point on, all good, all good.

Paul the ts has been your baby for a long time and the effort you put in is commendable.
I am more than happy to be your deputy and we will build this place up together with the help of all the other mentors.

Deputy? You have been that since the day you became a Mentor. Now your a leader so acting like it sunshine. The TS has always been set up and run by all of us, no single person is bigger than what we have all built up. We lead but we also follow. This section is run by all of us, the staff just push the buttons to make things happen. Kind of?
