No, I have tried several times in the past but jist end up with all my tools in it and a empty tool box.

I have "distilled" my everyday tools into a tote bag, even saving weight and room by taking all my heavy tools out and making a "bashing bag" (lump hammer, pry bar, chisels, scutch, claw hammer etc).

It's now almost too heavy to lift and I don't know why. I've taken the lightweight combi drill out before but it needs to be in there because it's so useful. I've even taken a kilo of detritus out the bottom and put it into my compartment boxes/bin.
Mystified.

Always thought they were more of a carpenter's tool. Never seen them for sale with Electrician's tools.

Folding rulers are ace , I find it most useful marking out on ceilings for whatever I’m installing

The Festool one was £3.36 was rude not to buy one, I find in some applications a folding ruler just has the edge.

I've been using a folding rule for last few years after I got given some in Germany

I like them , good for some things not so good at others but pretty cheap to replace

Plus I used to lose tape measures to people wanting to borrow a tape

Tend to look at a folding rule and move on to someone else
