Then I removed the board cover!!

It looks like they've taken the neutral through a 32a mcb using g/y for some reason, I can't see where the yellow cable goes.
Do you know when this was done?

I believe the yellow cable is actually green/yellow (with just the yellow stripe on show) and it appears to go to the earthing bar
