Your talking about standard physics here and basic forces Ive seen the damage caused by generators put on the national grid out of synch' if the inertial energy of a motor is suddenly brought to a dead stop all that stored energy has togo somewhere and usually it rips it out of the ground and launches it many meters.

A simulated anti-gravity can already be achieved with the use of extremely strong magnets... this has been achieved to levitate a frog but this is just a misconception of anti-gravity as you are just holding the frog within a extremely strong field giving the illusion it defies gravity - at a quantum level its the same as sitting the frog on a chair... the atoms of the frog never actually physically touch the atoms of the chair they float on the electrical repulsion albiet an atomic level gap its the same principle.

But your forgetting you have a spinning motor its basic physics I did this in little school sitting on a turn table with a spinning bike wheel - tilting the spinning wheel makes you spin on the turntable.

You have an poor efficiency way of creating a turning force we have much better ways of doing this called motors/generators ....

You are trying to re-invent the wheel.

Its not magic its middle school level physics!
