You never do the fluke test, works for someone no doubt and doesn't care , leaving soon for 1 pound extra up the road

I hope you tell your agent AND the landlord that the electrician is taking them all for a ride. Even if he is charging peanuts, he’s not done any work to earn those peanuts.
